What is the return policy?
I do not offer refunds or returns on custom made caps. Each cap is made specifically for each customer. If there is a mistake on my part I will get you taken care of.
Do you ship internationally?
I only ship in the United States.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I view a list of materials available?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is your current lead time?
Caps made from in stock materials is about two weeks.
What is lead time on custom printed caps?
Depending on how long it takes to get approval of artwork and print times on materials, it could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
Are materials pre-washed?
Yes, materials are pre-washed and pre-shrunk for your benefit. Caps are made to size and will return to that size when they are washed again.
Wash and care instructions.
I do recommend washing your cap in cold water and air drying. If you find the need to shrink your cap, you can put it in the dryer for a spin and it will shrink some.
