How do I submit my logo or design?

After placing your order, email your logo or design to Chris59Champagne@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and get started on your custom cap.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI files. High-resolution files (300 DPI or higher) work best for a crisp, clean print.

Can I see what fabric colors and patterns are available?

Do you offer bulk or team orders?

Absolutely! We welcome bulk orders for welding crews, fabrication shops, trade schools, and businesses. Email us at Chris59Champagne@gmail.com with your quantity and requirements and we'll take care of you.

Sizing

What sizes are available?

Our caps are available in sizes 6 7/8 through 8, in 1/8 increments. If you're unsure of your size, measure the circumference of your head about 1 inch above your ears and refer to a standard hat size chart.

How do I know what size to order?

Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your head approximately 1 inch above your ears. Match that measurement to a standard hat size chart to find your size. When in doubt, size up for a more comfortable fit under your welding helmet.

Materials & Construction

What materials are the caps made from?

Our caps are handmade from premium-quality cotton, designed for all-day comfort in the shop or field. They're built to fit snugly under welding helmets and hard hats while protecting against sparks, heat, and sweat.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Since every cap is handcrafted to order, please allow time for production plus shipping. We'll keep you updated on your order status and confirm your estimated completion time after receiving your design.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because our caps are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at Chris59Champagne@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
