Because every cap is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Orders If your cap arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Chris59Champagne@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Custom Orders Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design changes made after production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
