4. Orders & Payment We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received prior to production of custom orders.

5. Custom Orders Custom logo orders require artwork submission. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use it. We are not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

6. Shipping We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
